The 2D Art classes at SHS offer a wide range of activities that include:

• drawing, painting, mixed media, printmaking, color theory & more

• developing strong artistic skills

• experimenting with a wide arange of materials

• enhancing knowledge of art history

• providing opportunites to compete and display personal artwork

• offering membership to SHS Art Club-activites include face painting, prop decorations, etc.

• 5 levels of art offered, with Advanced Placement opportunites

Students should take 2D Art if they are/have:

• Interested in Art

• Willing to try new things

• Great Work Ethic

• a Creative Thinker
